Shakira Releases a new song from her album
"Cant Remember TO Forget You "is in just its fifth week on the Hot 100 Chart, but the Colombian Superstar has now released a new song from her album ,"EMPIRE" (feb 24)
Empire is a much more careful song constructed then her top 20 songs.
Shakira also opens a new Colombian school .
