Taylor Alison  Swift (born December 13,1985) is an American Singer -Songwriter .Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville,Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music.
She released her self- titled debut album in 2006 which established her as a country music start. Taylor recieved a Best New Artist nomination at the 2008 Grammy Awards.
Swifts second album, Fearless was released in 2008. Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and"You Belong with Me",

It became the best selling album of 2009 in US.
 The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner.
Swift's 3rd album,Speak now sold millions of copies in US in the first of the release .The albums single,Mean won three Grammy Awards.
She released her Fourth album 2012 ,Red.Its opening sales 1.2 million were the highest records in decade .She is the only female artist who have two million plus opening weeks. The single "I Knew You Were Trouble" and "We Are Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together", were world wide hits.
Her achievements includes seven Grammy Awards ,Twelve Billboard Music Awards, eleven Country Music Association Awards and six Academy of Country Music Awards.
